Initiate Your Return
Locate the packing slip included in your original shipment and complete the return form, indicating whether you prefer a refund or an exchange.
Pack Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include the completed return form inside the box to ensure accurate processing.
Apply Shipping Label
Affix the pre-addressed return label from your packing slip to the outside of the package or use your own preferred carrier to ship the items back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 7-10 business days.
